Release Notation: Verification Documents can now be uploaded to the Documents & Correspondence folio regardless of eligibility or example status.

Previously, documents could simply be uploaded on the Documents and Correspondence page if the instance was in a Conditionally Eligible status merely. Now, documents tin can exist uploaded on the Documents and Correspondence folio regardless of eligibility or case status (even if case is terminated).

There are too ii new buttons on the Documents and Correspondence page: Upload New Document and Link to ECM Document. The 'Link to ECM Document' is used to link Documents mailed or faxed in by the consumer to the Covered California back office. Certified enrollers should admission the 'Upload New Document' link to adhere documents to the consumer'south example.

As of Nov 2014, Covered California customer service representatives acknowledged that at that place was a known consequence with uploading documents.
